Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in the program cost?
Our all-inclusive pricing includes enrollment assistance, your certification-focused program, national exam fees, 1-1 support throughout your program, and job search assistance.
What certifications am I eligible for after completing the program?
MedCerts career training programs are connected to accredited national certification exams and credentials for employment. Some of the major issuing authorities we work with include the National Healthcareer Association (NHA), Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) and CompTIA. Each program has a different number of certificates attached to it. Your program will cover the cost of each exam connected to that program.
What are the technical requirements to enroll in a program?
A computer, access to internet, and Chrome browser.
How are the training and courses delivered?
We have developed a custom Learning Management System (LMS) where all coursework, quizzes and exam prep live. It tracks progress, offers insight into program completion, and provides a schedule of upcoming tasks and courses.
How long are MedCerts programs and how do you take attendance?
Most MedCerts programs take 3-6 months to complete, based on a schedule dedicating 16 to 20 hours a week to coursework. Our online programs are self-paced and all coursework is available at the start of your program. There is no set schedule of days or times you must log in, but there are benchmarks to keep you on track. The Student LMS monitors progress throughout the program to provide insight if you are on track with recommended program completion time.
